1.1
The
promotion shall be known as "New Year, New You" ("The Promotion"). The third
party sponsor is "Stratford Dermatherapy Clinic" ("The Sponsor").
1.2
The
promotion shall be aired on Touch FM and Rugby FM ("The Station").
1.3
The
panel shall consist of specialist representatives of Stratford Dermatherapy
Clinic and a representative of Touch FM / Rugby FM ("The Panel").
The Promotion
2.1
The
promotion shall be open for applications between 00:00 25/01/2010 and 16:59
18/02/2010.
2.2
This
promotion is not a competition but a promotional feature in association with
the Sponsor and the Station.
2.3
The
applicant deemed successful by the panel will receive an offer of treatments as
outlined on the Station website.
2.4
The
Station and Sponsor reserve the right to amend the treatments offered at any
time.
The Applications
3.1
Applications
shall be made through the Station website only. No other form of application
shall be accepted.
3.2
The
Station cannot be responsible for applications which are not delivered because
of any failure in electronic communications or otherwise.
3.3
Only
fully completed applications shall be referred to the Panel. A fully completed
application shall include all relevant text, a suitable photograph and
acceptance of the competition terms and conditions and data protection act
disclaimer.
The Panel's Decision
4.1
The
Panel shall make their final decision on 19/02/2010.
4.2
All
successful applications shall be reviewed by the Panel who will consider all
aspects of the application including the required photograph.
4.3
The
Panel’s decision on the successful application is absolute and final and no
correspondence shall be entered into.
4.4
The
Panel is not required to justify their decision.
4.5
Applicants
agree that they shall be available for initial meetings on 20/02/2010 and
21/02/2010 with the Sponsor, Studio 34 (Henley in Arden) and Umberto Giannini
(Stratford-upon-Avon) for the initial consultation process
4.6
The
successful applicant also agrees to be available between 22/02/2010 and
02/03/2010 for relevant treatments.
4.7
The
successful applicant shall be required to appear in a open evening organised by
the Sponsor, held at Stratford Armoires on 02/03/2010.
Responsibilities
5.1
Following
the announcement of the successful applicant on air, the Sponsor accepts all
liability for undertaking and delivery of the treatments as outlined on the
Station website. The Station cannot be liable for failure to deliver the
procedures, or any issue which may result, physical or otherwise, following the
agreed procedures.
5.2
The
Sponsor reserves the right to request the successful applicant to sign a waiver
form.
5.3
As
this is a promotional feature, no alternative treatments or offers shall be
made.
5.4
Applicants
agree that they shall be featured both on-air and online before, during and
after their procedures in the interest of the promotional feature.
5.5
Submission
of an application denotes complete acceptance of these specific terms and
conditions.
