The following terms and conditions apply to the competition known as "Love In Las Vegas" (herein "the competition") and should be read in accordance with Quidem Midlands Limited's standard competition terms and conditions, in particular section 7.
1. The competition shall be open for entry from 00:00:01hrs 16/01/2012 until 23:59:59 26/01/2012.
2. The competition shall be available for entry to listeners of Quidem Midlands Limited radio stations, namely 102 Touch FM, 107.3 Touch FM, 101-102 Touch FM, 96.2 Touch FM, Banbury Sound and Rugby FM (herein "the station" or "the station").
3. The method of entry shall be by premium rate SMS message. A free entry option shall be available via the station's website.
4. SMS entry shall cost £1.50 + one standard network message rate. There shall be no charge for entries made via the station's website. All entries shall carry the same weight in the random prize draw.
5. Entry is available to over 18s only.
6. An individual may enter the competition as many times as they wish.
7. The winner shall be decided by random prize draw from all entries received during the entry period.
8. In the event that the station is unable to contact the winner after reasonable attempts, the station reserves the right to carry out a further random prize draw to decide an alternate winner.
9. The Prize shall consist of two return flights from London Heathrow to Las Vegas, Nevada, suitable accommodation at a luxury Las Vegas hotel for the duration of the visit (excluding meals) and two tickets allowing entrance to Elton John's "The Million Dollar Piano" on 14/02/2012 only.
10. The winning entrant must hold a passport with at least six months left before expiry date, and be free to travel between 11/02/2012 - 15/02/2012. In the event that the selected entrant does not meet these criteria, the station reserves the right to withdraw the prize and carry out a further prize draw to select an alternate winner.
