Coventry City have confirmed they'll be holding potential takeover talks with a group wanting to run the club.
In a statement Chief Executive Tim Fisher says the board have received a proposal letter from former vice president Gary Hoffman and his associates.
He also says "We will devote appropriate time and effort to these discussions - but it will not distract us from our ongoing efforts to improve things on and off the field."
