A prisoner who escaped custody in Suffolk yesterday is a Foleshill man.
26 year old Andrew Farndon was jailed for GBH back in 2007 but had previously gone on the run after jumping from the dock whilst on trial at Coventry Crown Court.
Yesterday he managed to get free from his guards after an accomplice threatened them at gunpoint when he was brought to a hospital in Suffolk.
Police are warning the public not to approach Farndon but want anyone who sees him to ring them immediately.
