The first stage of a building project for new homes in North East Coventry gets underway
On Wednesday 9th June work officially started on 3,000 new homes in Wood End, Henley Green, Manor Farm and Deedmore as part of the New Deal for Communities project.
Affordable homes will make up part of the scheme which will take fifteen years to finish.
It's part of the wider redevelopment of the area which is costing £360 million and includes new roads, parks and leisure facilties.
