Coventry's "Elephunt"

More than 200 mini-blue elephants have been planted around Coventry to promote the City of Culture Bid.

The Coventry City of Culture Trust are encouraging the public to take part in the Elephunt #CovSafari to help find them.

Each elephant is numbered and finders will be entered into a draw to win a free game at Escape Live, in Coventry, for them and up to five friends.

To take part, people should send a photo of you with the elephant, with its number visible to @coventry2021 on either Facebook, Twitter or Instagram and use the hashtag #CovSafari.

Entries close at 5pm on Thursday, November 30 and the winner will be picked at random in a draw on Monday, December 4 and informed the same day.

Jen Marscheider, Marketing Manager of Coventry City of Culture Trust, said: “We’ve hidden more than 200 of these little elephants in and around the city and we’re challenging everyone to get out there and take part in our urban safari.

“Some will be easier to find than others, but the more you find the better chance you have of winning the prize!”
