London Midland will be running extra trains for fans travelling to and from the Checkatrade Trophy Final on 2nd April.
Before the game London Midland is running an extra eight-car train which will call at the following stations:
10:22 Birmingham International
10:30 Tile Hill
12:24 Wembley Central
After the match the additional service will run as follows:
17:53 Wembley Central
19:42 Tile Hill
19:50 Birmingham International
London Midland’s head of West Coast services, Steve Helfet, said “We want to make it as simple as possible for people to travel and enjoy the game. There will be no special tickets for the additional train: it will be available on a walk-up, first-come, first-served basis. There will also be extra stops on our trains passing through Wembley Central station before and after the final.”
London Midland has arranged six additional Wembley Central stops before the game and four afterwards on its services to and from the capital. Fans are advised however that these trains will be busy, so the alternative option is to change trains at Watford Junction, Harrow and Wealdstone or Euston and catch London Overground or Bakerloo Line services to Wembley Central.
