Plans to transform Coventry city centre's landmark Co-op bulding have been revealed.
The £15m project will feature a car park, members area and retail space.
The developers behind the project have vowed to protect the building's traditional 1950's look.
EDG Property submitted the proposals for the Corporation Street development with what they're calling the 'highest-specification, private sale apartments the city centre has seen.'
The landmark building will include a park created within the development by removing a section of the building. It will mean the residents will have a private city centre park at their disposal.
The development will be called 'The Co-operative' and will also have its own members area for those who snap up residential units in the 140,000 Sq Ft site.
